Callaho's Benicio

Callaho's Benicio is a proven dressage sire with an impressive performance record and a long list of progeny successful in sport and breeding.

In 2011, Benicio became the sensational German champion of six-year-old dressage horses at the Bundeschampionate in Warendorf and followed in the footsteps of his equally popular and successful sire Belissimo M as a champion of hearts.

Benicio also surpassed the record result of Belissimo, who set an unprecedented standard with 9.63 in Zweibrücken in 2002. In Schlieckau Benicio got three times 10 for walk, trot and canter.

With a high level of consistency, Benicio makes his mark at stallion licensings, elite mare shows and championships every year. So far he has sired 35 licensed sons.

Benicio's dam, the state premium mare Valencia (by Velten Third), was the Hanoverian reserve champion mare in 2002 and has another licensed son, Sunciro (by the thoroughbred Sunlight xx).
